"Located on the banks of Thu Bon River in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hoi An, Hotel Royal Hoi An MGallery is a perfect blend of historical charm and modernity. Its refined style inspired by Art Nouveau has a delicate touch of Japanese, Vietnamese cultures and offers spectacular views of the river and ancient town. Enjoy stunning, panoramic views of Hoi An and Thu Bon river from the city's highest rooftop bar. This Hotel is the perfect destination for events, a family vacation or a romantic getaway.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Excellent hotel with outstanding service. Very well kept hotel and staff go above and beyond. Great central location
Friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. The hotel offered a relaxing and well kept environment. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and maintained. We would definitely stay again.
Our family had 2 rooms at the hotel and had a wonderfulnstay. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The pools were perfect for the heat of the day and the hotel was perfectly placed just out of Old Town so you could easily walk in which we did each evening. The breakfast was superb with a great spread of different dishes as well as freshly made Pho, pancakes and eggs any way you liked. The evening food was well made and we have had no issues throughout our stay. I can heartily recommend staying here.
Excellent hotel within minutes walk to the Old Town area. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing could be faulted. Would definitely recommend.
We had a great stay at Hotel Royal Hoi An. The location is ideal—right beside the Thu Bon River and close enough to walk easily into Hoi An Ancient Town, while still being far enough away from the busiest streets to remain peaceful and quiet.
The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel’s mix of Vietnamese and Japanese-inspired style gives it much more character than a typical modern hotel, and the overall atmosphere feels elegant without being overly formal. The rooftop pool and bar are also a major highlight, with beautiful views across the river and the surrounding town.
Service throughout the stay was quick, attentive, and professional. Although the hotel may seem expensive compared with some other options in Hoi An, we felt the price was relatively reasonable for the quality, space, location, and level of service provided. You genuinely get what you pay for here. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and very well located—I would happily stay again.
