Old Colonial Comfort
A beautiful old colonial style hotel with a cosy atmosphere a short walk from the Old Town. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a comfortable bed and pillows…. efficient air conditioning. It was a little dark but then this isn’t a modern hotel so it can be forgiven. The breakfast was extremely comfortable with soft furnishing and cushions of a high standard. Copious amounts of various foods… beautiful. The staff were courteous and helpful… without fail. We used the priority lounge in the evenings and had a delicious spread of foods. It’s a first world problem but I did miss having body lotion provided in the rooms. I can recommend this character-full hotel.

Elegant hotel with great staff
Very classical & elegant hotel. Service is great and staff are nice especially Nguyet. She is helpful, cheerful and can always provide useful information for our stays.
Wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Hoi An
We were incredibly happy with our stay at Hotel Royal Hoi An. The staff were exceptional — warm, friendly and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel genuinely welcome.
Our room was comfortable and very relaxing, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Everything came together to make our stay truly enjoyable.
We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. A wonderful experience from start to finish!
Old World Elegance
Hotel Royal combines old-world elegance with warm Vietnamese hospitality. Located right on the riverfront, it’s an easy walk to the Old Town and the evening festivities along the river — yet it’s just as nice to return to the serene pool, rooftop bar, and luxurious rooms.
The only constructive suggestion I can offer is to add a few more higher quality wine options at their lounge that comes with the premium priced rooms.
This is a well-managed hotel across every department, but Nghia and the entire Front Desk team deserve special mention for their dedication to taking care of every guest need.

Great hotel, beautiful and inviting! The top service, luxurious decor, amazing breakfast and very helpful front desk. Definitely worth the price.
