I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent: it’s very close to the Hoi An Night Market, with a supermarket nearby and many local restaurants within easy reach. The hotel also offers free bike rental, which was amazing and a great way to explore the area, along with many other helpful services. The breakfast was excellent, with a large selection and dishes that rotate daily, so there was always something new to try. My only small wish would be for more halal options, which would make the buffet even better for Muslim guests.
The atmosphere was a highlight. The blue tones of the walls and the pool reflecting onto the hotel created a calm, soothing feeling that helped me truly relax. The rooms were spotless, and housekeeping was reliable and thorough.
What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive to requests, and smiling at all guests. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The best Hotel in whole of Hoi An.
An absolute 10/10 stay — hands down the best hospitality in Hoi An! Our stay at Silk River Hoi An Retreat was nothing short of extraordinary from start to finish. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat! First and foremost, a massive, heartfelt thank you to Xuan and Lan at the front desk. They are the true heart of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel right at home. I even managed to misplace my phone during our stay—a moment that could have ruined a vacation—and they stepped in immediately with calm, dedicated help until it was resolved. That level of attention and care is rare, and Xuan and Lan handled it with utter grace. The excellence doesn’t stop at the reception desk. Every single member of the team deserves high praise: The Kitchen Team: Incredibly kind, attentive, and served fantastic food with bright smiles every morning. The Housekeeping & Door Staff: Flawless service across the board. The doormen greeted us with genuine enthusiasm every single time we entered, and the housekeeping crew kept our room spotless. Speaking of cleanliness: we experienced heavy, severe rainfall during our visit, yet the retreat remained immaculately clean, dry, and inviting throughout. Maintaining such pristine conditions in bad weather speaks volumes about how much pride the management and staff take in this property. To top it all off, the spa was the absolute highlight for my wife. She had an unforgettable, deeply relaxing experience—expert therapists, serene ambiance, and top-tier care. Silk River Hoi An Retreat sets the gold standard for hospitality. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!
