Excellent stay at palm garden resort
The resort stay with my family was incredible. The room was beautiful and clean, the beach and pool were pristine and the food in the restaurants was excellent. Good choice of buffet breakfast. Location close to town. Particular thanks to Mr Thi (coconut man) who was very enthusiastic and kind with my family. He brought us mango, and showed us how he picks coconuts from the trees on resort. He was great fun and made a big difference to our stay! Also thanks to Ms Phúc who works on reception who very patiently helped me by phoning my airline to sort an issue.
Excellent stay
Wonderful experience. With both teenagers and smaller children. Was quiet but with plenty to do for everyone. Very relaxing with beach and pool. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Fresh and delicious. Staff were excellent. Helpful and knowledgeably. Rooms were lovely. Large and spacious. Highly recommend.
Outstanding Holiday
We have just returned from our annual holiday at the magnificent Palm Garden resort. Mr. Vy and all the staff are outstanding, they are so kind and helpful. My wife had an accident while we were at the Resort. Doctor Ha, the Resort Doctor, escorted her to the Hoi An hospital where she was looked after very well. Doctor Ha came every day to our room and dressed the wound, he was wonderful. We had a delightful dinner at the resort during our stay for my birthday .It was at the Japanese restaurant, where we were presented with flowers and a birthday cake. It was a special night to remember. We highly recommend this Restaurant. We love the Spa which is beautiful and relaxing. We also use the same day laundry which is excellent. We enjoy the beach, pool, food and the superb grounds. To us everything at this Resort is perfection and we look forward to returning next year
