Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The experience was amazing. Kate helped us organize our daily sightseeing itinerary and recommended some fantastic places to visit.
The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere you want. Everything is within easy reach, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall my stay here was amazing!
The hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was amazing too!
The location is really prime, pretty much walking distance to everywhere. It’s only couple of minutes away from old town.
The staff was very accommodating and kind. Kayle and Kate were so good and very helpful especially around locals recommendations for food, tours and things to do around Hoi An.
My stay here was very pleasant and definitely coming back next time visiting Hoi an.
We stayed at Little Hoi An as a family of six, booking three Deluxe Rooms, and came away thoroughly impressed by the warmth of the service and the hotel's excellent location.
Before we had even arrived, Kate, the Front Desk Manager, reached out to ask if we needed any assistance getting to the hotel. It was a small gesture, but it immediately made us feel looked after. Throughout our stay, she greeted us by our first names and was consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure everything was going well. She speaks very good English, making communication easy, while the rest of the team, although not always fluent, were equally friendly, polite, and eager to help.
Everyone we encountered, from Tony at check-in to the bell staff and housekeeping, was courteous and welcoming. One small detail that really stood out: I had left a small tip for housekeeping on the desk before heading for breakfast. When we returned, the room had been cleaned beautifully, but the money was still exactly where I had left it. It's a simple moment, but it spoke volumes about the integrity of the staff.
The hotel itself delivers exactly what it promises. It's a charming boutique property decorated in a traditional Hoi An style, tucked away on the edge of the Old Town. The location is excellent, close enough to walk everywhere while remaining just far enough from the busiest streets. If you're travelling with elderly family members or anyone with reduced mobility, it's worth noting that although the hotel has a lift, you'll still need to navigate a few short flights of stairs to reach the reception area and elevator.
Our Deluxe Rooms are the entry-level category and, while not large, were comfortable, quiet, clean, and perfectly adequate for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were functional.. Don't expect the finishes of an international five-star chain, but everything was in good condition and matched the hotel's photos.
Breakfast was included and offered a good variety, with the selection changing slightly each morning. The minibar was also very reasonably priced, although we didn't end up using it. The only aspect we wouldn't particularly recommend is the in-house spa. While convenient, treatments were significantly more expensive than many of Hoi An's dedicated spas, and the quality of the massage seemed to depend heavily on the therapist.
Overall, Little Hoi An offers excellent value. You get a boutique hotel with genuine hospitality, a fantastic Old Town location, and comfortable accommodation without paying luxury hotel prices. We'd happily stay here again, especially for the outstanding service from Kate and the rest of the team.
Everything I can say about this hotel is positive. The number one point I would like to make is about the staff. They were in contact with us before we even arrived in Hoi An. They were super helpful and friendly. In particular Kate who works in reception was a ‘god send’. She ensured we were picked up from the airport. Kate made sure we knew everything we needed to know and more about the hotel and town. She went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. The hotel porters, bar staff & restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful - anything we asked for they were happy to help.
I had a fabulous massage that was very reasonably priced.
The rooms are beautifully appointed and clean.
We included breakfast in our booking, which was delicious and offered a wide variety, catering to most needs.
The hotel is located beside the river and is close enough to walk to everything in the Old Town and the night markets. But far enough away from the hustle and bustle during the high season.
We plan on returning.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great, close to everything but not noisy.
