Above and beyond! It exceeds my expectations!
First time in Vietnam! My husband and I travel every year to see every countries in the world.
It was my birthday when we check in at La Siesta Hoi-An. Upon entering the hotel, Hang Nguyen, guest relation supervisor greeted us with her humble smile. She handled the check in process smoothly. She take care everything we need to make our stay comfortable. She’s very attentive and the moment we need help, she’s quick to attend our needs. From check in to check out, she take good care of us. She’s so amazing! The good thing about this hotel is, they have a guest relation employee assigned to guests. If you need anything, just send a message and you will get the service quickly without going to the front desk. Very nice service.
I also want to mention Phuong, assistant manager at the restaurant, her leadership made my birthday so special. The employees at the restaurant are amazing! They’ve done a great job!
I also want to commend the housekeepers. They clean the room so neat and organize. The way they fix the bed, it makes me feel so special. Their work is spotless!
To summarize my stay, all employees are amazing! They work so hard. They run the hotel with respect and dignity to every guests. They are humble, sincere, genuine and hardworking. They are extra ordinary! I stayed in different 5 star hotels but my experience in La Siesta is different, I get so much respect. The employees are amazing! Their positive attitude and gestures made the La Siesta Hotel known in the world! They put a good brand in this hotel. Their good service is incomparable, authentic and sincere. The quality of service make me come back for a longer stay.! This hotel is now my second home. Thank you for my wonderful happy birthday and the good memories i had during my stay! Amazing Resort and Service
Our family had an amazing time at La Siesta! We booked at short notice and the entire team went above and beyond in every way. Sang was the star of the show providing personalized service and made our stay super special. We’d love to stay again in the future!
Wonderful experience
We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Hoi An, and we would especially like to thank Quynh, the manager, for making our experience so special.
Quynh speaks Korean exceptionally well, which made communication so easy and comfortable. Most importantly, she took such thoughtful care of my pregnant wife and made sure she felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality meant a lot to us.
We are truly grateful for her outstanding service, and she made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Quynh, for taking such good care of us. We would happily recommend La Siesta Hoi An and would love to return again!

Relaxing and fun for the whole family
We had a lovely holiday at La Siesta. We enjoyed the pools, restaurants, spa and we slept very well. The staff there were lovely, helpful and very informative.
