Service with a smile, beautiful hotel

I stayed 18 nights at Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort.
I have travelled extensively over my 72 years and never felt the need to write a Review. However, I had to with this stay.
The Resort was beautiful, although the room I stayed in needed a little touch of TLC. It was spacious and the bathroom, lovely.
The standout to me and why I’m writing this review was the staff. In particular Uyen and Thanh in the Restaurant. Of a morning, when I’d walk in for breakfast, I was so warmly welcomed that I felt very special. Then I was asked if I’d like my coffee and shown to the table I generally preferred. After the first omelette I had, Uyen and Thanh always remembered how I had it. The warmth, smiles and very polite conversation were extraordinary. Many places I’ve been as a solo senior lady, I’ve been ignored. Not here! This was a very wonderful experience with staff and in particular Uyen and Thanh making me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. They worked extremely hard. Often, I would also see them in the early evening, as I enjoyed the food so much, I decided to eat my dinner there also.
I highly recommend this Resort and do hope Management appreciate these young ladies, as I did.

Quang was very helpful and attentive during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. We stayed 4 nights in river view room, would definitely stay again. Free bikes to ride around and close to everything. Quiet and peaceful, delicious food

Holiday
We had a wonderful experience! The location was beautiful, the staff were very friendly, and the room was lovely. The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. A special thank you to Quang, who made excellent cocktails and took such great care of us throughout our visit. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back!
I wish we stay for more days in Hoi An..
We had a wonderful stay. Very near to the old town. The reception, restaurant crew, and bellboys were all polite and very accommodating. Definitely recommended!
