A wonderful stay at Bel Marina Hoi An Resort
We had a fantastic family holiday at Bel Marina Hoi An Resort. The hotel itself is excellent — beautifully maintained, comfortable rooms, and real care in every detail.
The pool areas were a particular highlight — lovely setting, spotless, and the pool attendants were fantastic, attentive without ever being intrusive. A special mention for the sunglasses butler, such a fun, thoughtful touch we hadn’t seen at other resorts. The spa was excellent too, a great way to unwind after busy days exploring Hoi An.
What really elevated the trip was the support from Ly in guest services. From the start she reconfirmed every detail of our airport transfer personally, so there was zero uncertainty on arrival. She was quick to help with local recommendations too, pointing us to a proper local supermarket rather than the nearest mini-mart, which was exactly what we wanted. When one of our party had a fall, Ly and her team responded immediately, and she personally checked in afterward to make sure they were recovering well. Even after we’d left, she followed up to make sure we’d got home safely and asked if there was anything the hotel could improve — a level of genuine care that’s rare.
We left with only positive things to say about Bel Marina, and we’d happily return. Ly deserves real recognition — she made a great hotel stay feel personal.
Great stay
The resort and spa were absolutely fantastic. Awesome pool swim up bar and breakfast. Service was first class and we were upgraded and they were very flexible with our booking. Scarlett looked after us during our stay and was brilliant. 10/10.
Very pleasant stay
We were here for only 1 night but will stay longer next time. A very nice resort on the river - excellent view, tasty food, friendly staff. Zenna was very helpful with her restaurant recommendations. Our family of 3 generations appreciated the stay especially the staff.
