Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay with Grand Mercure Danang. Room was spacious and clean, location was very convenient. Breakfast was decious with many options. The team were all friendly and the Concierge team was really amazing with their recommendations, especially Mr. Huy. Thank you, we would come back next time we come to the city.

Great Service and Comfortable Stay
I had a wonderful experience at Grand Mercure. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and the staff were always willing to assist with any requests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely consider staying here again.
A wonderful friend in a foreign land
I traveled here alone, and one of the things that impressed me most was Ni’s genuine care and thoughtfulness. She always remembered my usual drink order, greeted me with a warm smile, and paid attention to the smallest details to ensure I was well looked after. Sometimes, she even anticipated what I needed before I could ask. She checked in on me daily, introduced me to Da Nang and its tourist attractions, and showed me the proper way to enjoy local dishes. Her attentiveness made me feel like a valued regular guest rather than just an ordinary customer. Thank you, Ni, for the excellent service and for always making me feel so welcome and comfortable!
