Da Nang with small toddlers

Excellent service from Lucy at the front desk! She was very friendly, fast, and efficient in assisting us. Everything was handled smoothly, and she made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Really appreciate her helpful attitude and great service. Thank you, Lucy, for making our experience at Four Points by Sheraton Danang even better!
Wonderful experience
Ms. Tram at reception is a real gem. She fully co-operated with us and helped us to book the right room. Also guided us for da nang activities to do. She is very knowledgeable and does her work with full heart and commitment.

Very good mid-range
Excellent mid-range hotel that has everything you need. Pool area being renovated, so this was a little limiting for the experience, but the bar/lounge inside, on the same level was great. Nice view, and we were able to participate in a cocktail making class with the friendly bartender. Joining a yoga class at the top of the hotel was a nice morning experience too. Location is great, as it's at the quiet end of the beach, but you only have to cross the road to reach the sand, and then water. Walk a little further for the party on the beach. Tours will always pick you up from front of hotel, so also convenient. This is a busy hotel. Lots of big tourist groups. This highlighted one of the weaknesses - very slow elevators. There are three, and we always seemed to be waiting. The journey up (or down) was always super slow. If you're rushing, give yourself plenty of time for the lift.

Good staff good place
Staff Chloe helps us a lot. We arrived much more earlier than the check in time, she asked her manager to offer us an early check in. And also did her best to let our stay comfortable.
great staff duyen is amazing
its our first day on our honeymoon here and duyen was very welcoming helped us to get a great room with amazing view we didnt wait much she was smiling all the time what great staff!!! the place just so luxrious great atmosphere thank u duyen for making our honeymoon great
