Disappointing & will not recommend
We found a cockroach in our room. Management apologized and offered a plate of fruit as compensation, which felt inadequate given the seriousness of the issue.
The Front Office Manager apologized and offered complimentary airport transportation as compensation. However, around two hours later, she withdrew the offer saying it had been declined by senior management.
We found a staple on the floor beside the bed, creating an unnecessary safety hazard.
The baby cot was unstable and tipped over in the middle of the night, which was extremely concerning.
The pool policy was also disappointing. Even if a child is a confident swimmer, but under 1.4 meters - the child is only allowed to use the baby pool, which is less than 2 feet deep. Even with parent supervision they could not go in the deep pool.
Would not recommend this place
Clean Hotel
It's a big hotel at the center of Da Nang, and it's very near the My Khe beach. It's clean, and the front desk staff are helpful. However, it's a bit crowded, especially during breakfast.

Very good and affordable hotel right by the beach. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Perfect stay
The stay was perfect just one thing please add some more Indian dishes to the breakfast buffet. Otherwise everything else is perfect.
