Deceiving and not like the pictures very disappointing
Very disappointed with the place, horrible place, and very grubby. Stay away!!!!
Wonderful stay
I loved the staff, they were professional and nice. Hoang was so kind to sent me restaurant addresses popular to the locals which I appreciate 🌷
Amazing 3 Nights
I had a great time here in Da Nang! Hotel is in a perfect location just off the beach, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Alfie on reception/concierge could not do enough for me. Always asking me how I was, if I needed help and giving recommendations on where to eat and what to do.
I would definitely stay here again!
• Poor Hospitality Overshadows a Great Location
Extremely unfriendly staff and shockingly poor housekeeping—there were hair strands left behind from previous guests, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, charging for water bottles was surprising and disappointing, especially as a frequent traveler who has never encountered this before. Overall, a very unpleasant experience, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Great stay
Pretty good hotel. Great location 10 minutes from the beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance great vibes in the neighborhood. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. The rooftop bar and pool is nice. Great view the city and also the ocean both sides. They also give towels for the beach and pool. Front desk people were really nice. Downside and no real windows in my bedroom. The AC unit doesn’t go below 18°C. There’s also a sauna, but it only goes up to 55°c and they charge 100k. Overall, nice stay and highly recommend I’ll be back.
