I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Phuket!
The staff deserve special recognition — they are absolutely fantastic! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really makes a difference and creates such a warm and pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay.
The hotel itself is lovely, with nice swimming pools where you can relax and enjoy the tropical atmosphere. There is also a small gym, which is a great bonus for those who like to stay active while travelling. The overall environment is pleasant and relaxing, making it easy to unwind and enjoy your time here.
One small tip for future guests: if you happen to be assigned a room that is a little noisy, don’t hesitate to speak with the reception team and ask whether a quieter room is available.

Everything here is perfect!
Such a nice experience! it’s so perfect and wonderful. Every stuff in the hotel is so friendly and kind. We got really nice service and we’re so satisfied with the environment and the room. The beach is so close. The reason we love Surin Beach beach is that there isn’t many people, but the sand is so soft and the wave is big. I have to mention the housekeeping service are wonderful! We got two elephant shaped towel! my mom and I are so surprised and moved. when we left the hotel, the front desk stuff sent us to the taxi and say goodbye and they even remember remember our surname. It’s really like a family. We love everything here. Definitely recommend!!! my mom said next time when she come back to Phuket, she will definitely choose here again!
Nice hotel, nice staff
everything is nice, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the hotel is just next to the Surin beach, highly recommend.

Amazing stay at Surin
Amazing amazing amazing, really is 5 star. Excellent service, great location just right across Surin beach. Nice breakfast, and they're very nice to let us do late checkout. Would love to stay here again in the future
