Superb room service from Maido Lula – top quality, clean, and very friendly. We were completely overwhelmed by the cleanliness and how thoroughly the room service was carried out down to the smallest detail. It turned our little retreat into a true oasis. 5 Star Hotel 10 Star Quality
Just had 2 fabulous weeks at this hotel . Great location to access the beach and the hustle and bustle that Phuket Patong Beach has to offer .
The hotel is very stylish and modern . Lots of lovely places to eat and all excellent quality .
Our room was lovely and fresh and well attended to by Sebastian who made the cutest animals out of towels on the bed with a nice little note .
The staff are very efficient and super friendly. The Eatery for breakfast was very slick with seating you and clearing tables , food was a plenty.
Pools very clean , never an issue finding a bed and an abundance of towels constantly replenished. Reserving beds is not allowed and the pool attendants very attentive to keeping everywhere clean and clutter free .
All bars offer 2 for 1 happy hours so drinking in the hotel around the pools wasn't expensive as it can sometimes be in hotels.
The bar staff were always pleased to see you and remembered your preferred drinks also very attentive around the pool . Pool snacks delicious options and presented lovely and quickly to you .
Good for families with lots to offer , as a couple it was good to see that pool rules were inforced by attendants with the adult pool and with a smile .
This has to be one of the friendliest hotels we have been too in a while were all staff no matter what their level greeted you with warmth and all looked genuinely happy at work .
I can definitely recommend that you book .

Great stay, Friendly staff, perfect Location!
An amazing resort with everything you need. Rooms were very nice and the service was great. The cleaners Som and Mind were lovely and kept our room very clean and we loved the origami creatures made of face washers on the bed with fresh flowers. It was a great stay, plenty to do for the kids and breakfast was an amazing spread of food to start off the day. We will be visiting again.

Great!
Initially we were put in a room close to the main lobby and a joining room. We found it was loud and we could hear our neighbour. We asked to change rooms and Mai was extremely helpful. She ensured we were happy with our new room and has been very professional and friendly. The hotel amenities are great as-well. Great location
