Great accommodation
The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged our pickup from the airport and that was seamless. On arrival at the hotel it was pouring with rain, and everyone quicky assisted to make us feel welcome. Jimmy at reception even gave us his WhatsApp number so we could contact him with any questions. The lovely lady, Lah, attended to our room daily, and it was perfect. The breakfast team including Kwang, Gun, Few, Au, Tum, Nim, Shokun and Baibua spoiled us with an amazing selection of food and great service every morning. At the swimming pool Pung and Edo remembered our room number and faces and had the towels ready with delay. The room was big enough for two adults and our 14 year old daugher and we made use of the shuttle going into town often. All in all a geat experience and real value for money.

From check in to check out The staff were unbelievable they were attentive always happy and smiling!! We booked a tour through the hotel to Phi Phi Island and the organisation from the hotel was outstanding!! Breakfast everyday was a fantastic assortment of foods from all around the world cooked fresh with eggs cooked fresh to order everyday!! The pool area was immaculate with pool testing done every morning, our room was clean and well air conditioned and maintained and the room service was next level. I highly recommend this resort.

Novotel Phuket Resort Thailand
All of the staff at the hotel are great. Specially during the magnificent breakfast, Kwang, Few, Tom,Gun, Au and Nim made a great day for my son’s 10th birthday !!! Every body is very helpful, educative and went above beyond with excellent costumer service. We fill like home away from home . And for sure recommended the hotel and services. We definitely will come back. Thank You very much . What a pleasant stay.

Great time here in novotel a great thanks to bell services housekeeping and all morning shift at breakfast mentioning some nice names Kwang, Tum,Au,Gun,Few,Nim and the amazing chef Vijay Sing for the great Dosai he make and patience he has bless them all great staff
