Terrazzo Bar staff are just wonderful. Robert was outstanding – he knew our taste straight away and made sure we were never left wanting. Bull was also brilliant, so friendly and efficient. Highly recommend stopping by! 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant service – ask for Robert or Bull!
We had such a wonderful time at Terrazzo Bar, and the staff honestly made our visit perfect. Every single team member we met was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to look after us.
Make sure you ask for Robert if you can! He was fantastic – he quickly picked up on exactly what sorts of drinks we liked, made great recommendations, and checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Bull was also amazing – so warm, efficient and made us feel really welcome from start to finish.
Great atmosphere, lovely drinks, but that level of care really stands out. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Best family vacation resort in Phuket
This resort is very family oriented and great for a family vacation. Rooms, atmosphere, facilities, price and food & hospitality at the restaurant are phenomenal.
