The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to all the city’s attractions, major landmarks, markets, and restaurants.
The breakfast was good.
The gym was a little outdated, and some of the equipment was worn out.
The rooms were clean, and the staff took good care of everything.
The water pressure in the shower was low.

Great experience
Very nice place to stay. Serenity in patong. Location is perfect not to far from the city i rented a scooter and its is like 10 min to the Central mall
The check in went smoothly with the help of the friendly yew and a-new.
When we had questions about the checkout the ladies at the counter Freshy and Eve were very nice and helpful.
The rooms are clean and roomy everyting i need is on the room.
Will recommend this place!

This 5-star resort truly exceeds every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolute world-class. A special thanks to Freshy and Eve, their genuine hospitality, attention to detail ( my birthday), and warm smiles made our vacation completely unforgettable. Stunning rooms, incredible food, and a breathtaking atmosphere. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

What a lovely so stay in this hotel with my family. The hotel very clean the pool is incredible and the staff at the reception very helpful Freshy and Jeff.
