Afza , Ron , Nane and mutty are the best people this hotel can have they are an asset to the hotel! So nice polite and super friendly.
A great hotel!
A great hotel! We were traveling with children and everyone loved the hotel. Very friendly staff, large clean rooms, great pools. It's in a wonderful quiet location in an alley that is a minute from the beach and a few minutes walking from the busy Bangla road and Jungceylon shopping mall and many street shops. Would love to stay here again. Great service from Ms. Pim, the front office manager, and Ms. Maeya from the Port restaurant.

Best way to describe this hotel is loud , from the construction noise throughout the day to the extremely loud music blasting from the pool non stop don’t expect a peaceful stay here. Location is good , aside from that do not get your hopes up as you will be irritated pretty quickly.

Title: Wonderful 7-Night Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful experience staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort for seven nights. Everything was fantastic, but what really made our stay special was the amazing staff.
From reception to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The level of hospitality was truly impressive, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
There are a few staff members I would have loved to mention by name, but unfortunately, I didn’t get their names. However, I genuinely want to thank the entire team, as everyone was equally fantastic.
We had a lovely and memorable holiday, and the staff played a big part in making our experience so enjoyable.
A big thank you to the entire DoubleTree team for your wonderful hospitality. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
