The spa is amazing. Beautiful vibe and wonderful therapists. A highlight of my trip. Por is gifted and Tatar so thoughtful and helpful. Thank you
Beautiful hotel but far from enough sunbeds
We stayed here for 2 weeks. The grounds are immaculate and it’s very clean everywhere.
There are far from enough sunbeds around the pools and they are normally ”reserved” at dawn😳 with hardly any of them being occupied until way after breakfast.
Luckily we prefer the sea. It’s a 10 minute downhill walk to the beach which means a very sweaty uphill walk back and a lot of walking and stairs within the hotel. It gets you fit! The shuttle is a lifesaver at times!
The pools were too hot to make you feel refreshed at that time of the year!
The biggest issue we had was no allergens on the buffet food!!! I have a seafood and fish allergy and almost had soup either prawns in it. I had told the hotel beforehand, even pointed out to the serving staff snd the chef, they simply shrugged their shoulders. Not good. We did eventually get a chance to raise this with the management to always label food clearly for future guests. If this happened. I don’t know.
Breakfast was plentiful with a huge choice.
Considering everything. We had a lovely stay and a great holiday.

Maintenance handle broke on door
Sitthinone Tabthoisong did an awesome job listened oil door agreed with me.Need should be oiled once a month.So it don't break again, did an outstanding job cleaned up his mess very polite, very fast.I would hire him as an employee if it was me.You have a good man there.
