Exceptional Service and Heartwarming Care – Highly Recommend! We recently stayed at the Diamond Cliff Resort and Spa, and while our trip had some unexpected challenges, the outstanding hospitality made it an unforgettable vacation. We would return to this resort in a heartbeat. Outstanding Medical Crisis ManagementDuring our stay, my husband became very unwell. The hotel went completely out of their way to help and accommodate us in every way possible during this stressful time. The staff were absolutely wonderful and acted instantly, getting a doctor to our room incredibly fast. The doctors who treated him were fabulous, professional, and deeply reassuring. Staff Members Who Deserve a Pay Rise! Two specific staff members truly saved our holiday and made it enjoyable and stress-free. In my opinion, they both went above and beyond and deserve a well-earned pay rise: Meen: Our first room was extremely unsuitable and was not what we had originally booked. Meen stepped in immediately, handled the situation flawlessly, and changed our room to exactly what we needed. Joy at the Tour Desk: Joy put in so much extra effort to look after us. Even though we felt the local attractions were a bit hyped up and not quite as good as they were made out to be, Joy’s planning and dedication ensured we still had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable time.A massive thank you to the entire team, but especially to Meen and Joy. If it wasn’t for the two of them, our trip would not have been the wonderful experience it turned out to be!

Good hotel, excellent service
The hotel is excellent, and the staff service is superb, especially Ms. (pui Fai). She was incredibly kind and helpful, particularly since we were suffering from gastroenteritis. She helped us choose appropriate food and advised us to visit a clinic. I recommend all staff members follow her example of kindness and professionalism. Thank you all so much.
Great Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent—the breakfast, the room, and the beautiful swimming pool. Our children had an amazing time and really enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thanks to Puifai, who was exceptionally kind, caring, attentive, and always willing to help. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.
