The resort is overall good and the experience about hotel was nice and we enjoyed the breakfast it was really delicious and nice special thanks for Aman trainee to help us out
A Distressing Stay Marked by Neglect and Disrespect
My experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing and distressing.
I requested a car from the hotel, but despite waiting for more than 30 minutes, no vehicle was provided. As a result, I had to make my own way outside, during which I slipped and sustained an injury.
What was particularly upsetting was that cars appeared to be readily available for other guests while my request continued to be ignored. This made me feel that I was being treated differently from other guests.
Instead of showing concern for my injury, offering assistance, or apologizing for the inconvenience, the hotel manager, Mr. Thura, behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. To my shock, he laughed at the situation rather than showing any empathy, which made an already unpleasant experience even more humiliating.
Based on the way I was treated compared to other guests, I felt that the manager's behavior was discriminatory and perceived it as racially motivated. No guest should ever be made to feel this way. I sincerely hope the hotel investigates this incident thoroughly and takes appropriate action to ensure that no other guest has to endure a similar experience.
