Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service ⭐
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their dedication and attention to detail really stood out, and everything was managed perfectly. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to staying here again! A special mention to Mr. Tong, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Whenever we went for breakfast, he was always there to assist us with everything we needed. His friendly nature and genuine care made our experience even more enjoyable.
Great experience
The hotel is very nice and well-located, about 700 meters from the beach. The room is large, spacious, and clean. The breakfast offers a good variety. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room is cleaned and towels are changed daily.
Max. 2.5 stars hotel imo.
This is not a 4 stars hotel in my opinion. Maximum 2.5 stars. Looks tired, service poor, uncomfortable bed, lousy breakfast. My overall experience of this hotel was unpleasant.

When arrived we didn't start off very well as not long landed from a long flight from UK and arrived at hotel 10am to be told room not available until 3pm.... standard practice we found in Thailand! Managed to access room after 1pm and went straight to sleep for few hours. We had pool access and to be fair glad we had this given the humidity, but we didn't sit round the other pool area as we had our own. The view from our pool wasn't the best but it was quiet which was what needed. The room was clean, modern and spacious and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast in restaurant was great, plenty of variety and open so birds often flew around which I liked. Whatever you do don't take any food out of here as they don't allow and I was shouted at for taking some milk back to our room for hot drink as didn't want to purchase anymore just for our last day. Location wise I thought was good as was central. We walked to Patong Beach which around 20 min walk but in the heat needed a few stop offs. At night... wow.... I liked the buzz and craziness of Phuket but my husband didn't. There is a mall around 10 min walk where this place amazing for shops and restaurants and yes Phuket opens your eyes as this area not quite as clean as Krabi but I loved my stay here. We done a couple of trips to Elephant Sanctuary and Tiger Park, both were great but had taxis which was around 20 min drive.Out of our 2 week holiday staying 4 different areas, this is my 2nd favourite taking location and amenities into account.
