Good service on my room mss Phueng
Good for many facilities but bad for fewer ones.
The hotel is great but has few weak sides, the breakfast doesn't include much options for South Asian people. The accessories like toilet in washroom doesn't work several times and have a hard time flushing it. The slippers given were very dirty and not much clean. The lift is not so good and is very simple and boring. No iron stand is available because of which we have to iron on the bed. The bed had their springs out and wasn't any comfortable, my father could not sleep the whole night. And also one last thing they did not allow us to have late check out because of which we had to book another hotel and spend more. Their service however was good and the staff was very friendly.

Good Exerience at Andakira Hotel
Neat and tidy. Room 3344 suffered dampness. All Staff are very friendly- from reception, cleaners, kitchen, porters, assistants, etc. Breakfasts were our time together as the Tong, and staff (oum, nan, na, berna and all others) made us feel at home. They were effective and very helpful. We will be back
