Accommodations are offered in two distinct settings. The Superior and Deluxe Wings are closer to the coast with rooms and suites that are a short hop from the lobby, restaurants and facilities. The newer Ocean Wing offers an elevated experience with larger residence-style one and two bedroom suites perched on the hillside and exclusive access to a hilltop Clubhouse with its dedicated full-service lounge, pool, terrace and fitness centre.
Breeze Spa features a wide range of treatments which can be enjoyed from breezy, sea-facing pavilions. The resort also offers a fitness centre, scuba-diving centre, kids' club and a Voyager Lounge, a perfect relaxation spot for those arriving early or waiting for a late flight.
La Gritta focuses on Italian specialties such as gourmet pizzas, fresh pasta, delectable desserts along with an extensive wine list. Seaside international dining is available at Rim Talay. Drinks and quick bites are served at both the Rim Talay Pool Bar, Samutr Bars and The Jetty.

Good stay
We stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite with an ocean view. The room was not particularly spacious, but it was well-equipped and well-maintained.All minibar items were included in this room category. The granola crispy bar from the minibar was so yummy. Breakfast was adequate.

The three-night stay was an unforgettable experience.
We would like to thank Joy for upgrading our accommodations to a suite and providing a sea-facing room. We enjoyed an exceptional stay. In our experience, utilizing the hotel's mobile application for room requests significantly simplifies the process. Most suite's are situated safely above the tsunami zone. Since all floors were constructed vertically after 2004, it is considered one of the safest locations on Patong Beach.

Bad mannered staff
The only staff who are nice are the resturant staff and exspect for today the bar staff and tess on reception who has Been superb The rest of the staff dont even acknowledge you in other resorts weve been to they have all said hello or good morning
The photo are of the bar staff male, the ladies are brilliant He took half an hour to give me a menu when he looked up from his phone The couple in blue by the bar walked after waiting while he was on his phone He did no rounds of drinks by the pool After getting our menu after 30.minutes We then waited for another 20 minutes he was on his phone and walked out. HE DID NOT EVEN NOTICE Lost income For a company that is trying to encourage tourists the service is dismall I will be passing these comments onto virgin holidays Room 4104

Great view
Hotel Amari is an impressive, grand property boasting stunning, beautiful views. The overall dining experience was pleasant—the food in general was tasty and well-prepared, though the Indian cuisine definitely fell short of expectations and could use significant improvement in flavor and authenticity. The biggest drawback for us was the standard room layout. The toilet/bathroom area is extremely cramped and poorly designed, making it quite uncomfortable to use. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with wonderful views and solid amenities, but if you're booking, you might want to look into an upgraded room category with a more functional bathroom layout.

Expansive property, excellent views, away yet close to the action
Check in was quick and efficient. Multiple buggies for quick transfer to room. Room was clean with all necessary amenities available. Complimentary juices and snacks was made available. Location is close to edge of Patong beach, Short 15 minutes walk to main beach Great views.
