Great calming atmosphere. Lovely and gentle staff. Highly professional and polite. Neat and clean rooms. Amazing experience. Little on the higher side but worth it. Sauna experience free with the massage!

had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. Everything was beautiful, from the amazing location and breathtaking views to the cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to all the staff for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. 🤍 I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and stunning sunset views. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a memorable vacation. A small note: If privacy is a top priority, keep in mind that the villas are not 100% private, as some may have visibility from surrounding areas. Also, the in-room dining menu is somewhat limited compared to the overall standard of the hotel. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to come back again. 🤍
