Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Resort

We recently stayed at Pullman Arcadia and couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday.

Just like when I stayed back in 2024, from the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were also incredibly grateful for the thoughtful room upgrade, and birthday cake which made Mum’s milestone birthday even more memorable.

The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The beautifully maintained grounds, peaceful atmosphere, and breathtaking views create the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The food was outstanding throughout our stay—every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. One of the absolute highlights was the cooking class, which was so much fun and a fantastic experience we’d highly recommend to anyone staying at the resort.

Upon landing at Phuket Airport our transfer was efficient, setting the tone for a seamless stay. Our representative was easy to spot, friendly, and provided a wonderful “storytelling” welcome on the drive to the resort. The open-air lobby immediately took our breath away, perfectly blending into the local environment with its soothing ocean sounds and impeccable, warm service that made us once again feel at home instantly.

The level of personalization throughout our stay was truly the standout feature. From the thoughtful room decorations celebrating our special occasion to the daily surprise amenities, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. Our room was a sanctuary, offering incredible ocean views and a level of housekeeping that was both discreet and flawless. We spent countless hours moving between the lively main pool and the peaceful, adults-only infinity pool, and the concierge team made booking our island excursions with Mr. Woody absolutely effortless via WhatsApp.

Dining was another highlight, with a great variety of options and a culinary team that was remarkably flexible—they even accommodated off-menu requests for us without a second thought.

Whether it was the restorative spa treatments under the guidance of the lovely Dao, or the gym’s Muay Thai classes, there was always something to elevate the experience.

When it came time to leave, the seamless checkout and the sweet farewell gift were the perfect final touches. This was our second stay at Pullman Arcadia Nai Thon Beach and sometimes you do wonder if it will live up to the expectation of the first stay. We were so happy, we have rebooked another stay at this beautiful property; if you’re looking for a premier destination in Phuket where the hospitality feels genuine and family-like, this is undoubtedly the place to be.

An absolutely wonderful stay that exceeded every expectation. We came simply for a relaxing getaway, but everything from arrival to departure was beautifully handled.

The service was impressive from the very first moment, with the buggy team assisting us before we even had to ask. Check-in with Khun Bow was smooth, warm, and professional, and she handled our midnight birthday cake arrangement perfectly. Khun Yee was also very kind and helpful when escorting us to the room, taking the time to explain the resort facilities and room details with such a genuine smile.

The room was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. A special thank you to Khun Som-O from Housekeeping for taking such great care of every detail.

Dinner at Vero was excellent. Khun Pam provided professional recommendations, Khun Tu was very attentive, and every dish prepared by Chef Krading was beautifully presented and delicious. The midnight tiramisu cake was delivered exactly on time by the In-Room Dining team, fully prepared with plates and cutlery, which made the birthday surprise even more special.

Breakfast was another highlight, especially the sourdough, dim sum, and fresh juice bar. Check-out was also seamless, with the buggy and luggage assistance arriving almost immediately.

Everything was well managed, warm, and genuinely impressive. We will definitely return and have already recommended this resort to our friends.
