Lovely resort - lovely staff!
Lovely resort conveniently located between Nai Harn Beach and the town. Very friendly and helpful staff - especially at the pool bar! Third year staying at the resort and look forward to returning again in the future.

A stunning, peaceful resort with fantastic pool access rooms, lush greenery, and exceptional service. Located just a short walk (or convenient shuttle ride) from the beautiful Nai Harn Beach, it features spacious, modern rooms, multiple sparkling pools, and a delicious, varied breakfast buffet. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Loved the health facilities and attitude of staff
A superb experience. First time in Thailand. Great for family,excellent swimming facilities. Kitchen cooks exceptionally well! Thai boxing with Yohan and Mo is as an honour!! Very good class, even for an old man 😅 like me. I would recommend and come here again. Not far from a beach and shops. Happy and clean atmosphere. Well equipped and clean rooms. Great value for money,make sure you get at least one meal time included.
Beautiful and clean hotel, amazing staff and a relaxing atmosphere
Very nice hotel. Even though this is a 5 star hotel, there are a few things I would like to mention.
The rooms are beautiful and very clean. In some hotels, you can see little marks or signs that the rooms have not been properly maintained, but that was definitely not the case here. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The toilet was a big plus, by the way!
The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I have to say, this was definitely the highlight of our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome.
The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, and spending time by the pool was definitely not a punishment. It was actually one of my favourite parts of the stay.
I do have a couple of remarks. The menu, both food and drinks, was overall quite expensive compared to what you would expect from other 5-star hotels. I tried the Thai street food “1-for-1” option. The food itself was delicious, but the way it was presented was quite different from what I expected based on the menu. In the end, we often chose to eat outside the hotel because we could get similar food for a much better price elsewhere.
The pool is nice and relaxing, but it could definitely use a little more maintenance and cleaning around the sides.
Despite these points, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Cleanliness and friendly service are very important to us, and this hotel definitely delivered on both.
Overall, I would definitely give it a 9/10!
