An Outstanding Beautiful Experience
A Piece of My Heart Will Always Remain Here ❤️ From the moment we walked up those steps, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness. The Nai Harn is truly something special. Everything is immaculate, the rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean, and the setting is simply idyllic. Tucked away at the end of a quiet road, overlooking the breathtaking bay, it is peaceful, romantic and filled with beauty at every turn.
The restaurants were top class, and the breakfasts were absolutely extraordinary. A very special thank you to Toon, Fern, Fatin, Fah and the beautiful Oil, who made our time in the restaurant so memorable. Your warmth, smiles and wonderful service added so much richness to our experience.
Thank you also to Sun and Oum at reception for making us feel so welcome, and to Ben and Nitt at the spa for the most divine massages. Your experience, care and attention made it such a beautiful, restorative experience.
Every member of the team, from the hospitality and restaurant staff to the housekeeping team, receptionists and massage therapists, was outstanding. It is not just the breathtaking location or the beautiful resort that makes The Nai Harn so special; it is the people. The grace, kindness and genuine warmth of the Thai people touched my heart more than words can express.
I have travelled to many places around the world, but it is rare to find somewhere that leaves such a lasting imprint on your heart. Leaving was genuinely emotional, and I felt as though I was leaving a little piece of my heart behind.
To every single person who made our stay so memorable, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a credit to The Nai Harn, and the care you show your guests is what makes this place truly exceptional.

Couples retreat
The location and view were spectacular, every staircase, every restaurant was worth just for the view. The beach is literally called nai harn so nothing can beat having your own private one . Atmosphere was very hospitable truly you get the resort experience. Rooms were spacious clean , all amenities new . Value for money was the best part. Since you’re secluded from main centre theres no noise level . Service was perfect and halal food easily available. Very short drive to places like 7/11 or other quick storex

Great stay
We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The staff were always friendly and happy. We had breakfast and lunch at the Cosmo which was delicious with a magnificent view of Nai Harn beach. We also used the gym as well as the morning fitness class. The instructor was very good and provided a great class to start our day. Thankyou to everyone at the Nai Harn. Jason and Linh

A member of the LHW? Really?
Its a member of the leading hotels of the world but I think that status needs to be reconsidered. I have stayed in other members of the LHW and this isnt up to par
We stayed three nights. It is out of the way so we stayed in the hotel the whole time.
There is a nice beach in front of the hotel.which is why we choose it. The staff are all pretty polite ( except for one very unpleasant and rude staff .. more later) and the food is generally quite good. The rooms facing the ocean are large and comfortable.
However I was assigned an ocean view room ( after my sister paid for us to upgrade two mountain view rooms) where ther air-conditioning wasnt cool. the room was also very noisy to the point that I was not able to sleep. When I asked the staff why it was so noisy he said that it was the compressor ( outside the room) and that it was old that is why it was noisy . When I asked why I was assigned that room he said in a haughty tone that he didnt know it would be so noisy and how was he to know. Goodness. What kind of staff would make a comment like that to a guest at 12 midnight? ? After a few conversations with other staff I was assigned another room at 12.30 am. The unpleasant staff apologised to me the next day but does it matter ? I dont need such attitude. The wc did not flush properly. The rain shower did not have sufficient pressure (but the hand held shower did. It was not the case in the first room I stayed in). Shower cap not replaced. Tea bags not replaced. Towels were nice and fluffy. So you see.. the features in the hotel are patchy.
It is not likely that we will return.
