Marriot Bonvoy Mai kaio
The hotel was very nice and the staff were excellent very friendly especially Amin. I would highly recommend coming here. The room was also very spacious and the cleaners did a good job every time. The facility’s were also very good and there were plenty. The pool is also very good with a few different spots to swim in.
Great return visit
We are regular travellers to Phuket but have not been back at this property in years. It was perfect for our short trip of 3 nights as it is just 20 minutes by car from the airport. Our suite was not ready as we reached the hotel by 11AM, the hotel arranged a temporary room for us instead - a great gesture and highly appreciated. The hotel is upgrading some of its areas but it is not disturbing at all as this is done by section and not across the whole property. The service and care of the staff is still excellent, the food was also of very good quality for both the breakfast spread and the various restaurants. We love the 'adult only pool' and the beach front. Our suite was in excellent condition and very spacious, we will be back!!

A Perfect Phuket Getaway Thanks to Oy
My daughter, granddaughter and I spent six glorious days at the JW Phuket. Our stay at the JW was absolutely fabulous. The resort is breathtaking, with beautiful grounds, incredible amenities, and plenty of opportunities to create your own fun and unforgettable memories. What truly made our vacation exceptional, though, was Oy from the Concierge team. She made everything happen for us flawlessly. From booking our excursions and restaurant reservations to rearranging our plans when the weather changed, she handled every detail with ease. All it took was a quick WhatsApp message, and it was done. Our full-day Phi Phi Islands excursion and elephant sanctuary adventure were unforgettable experiences that will stay with us for years to come. Thanks to Oy's outstanding service and attention to detail, our trip was completely stress-free and exceeded every expectation. We can't recommend the JW Marriott Phuket highly enough, and a special thank you to Oy for making our holiday so memorable!

Best Phuket hotel! JW
My parents, my wife, my daughter, and I (five people in total) stayed at this hotel for five nights. 2 room
The facilities are excellent and the rooms are very spacious. The hotel faces a beautiful, clean beach where you can even see elephants passing by.
The food was fantastic and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I particularly want to mention Hitesh, the Front Office Manager, who was outstanding and helped us with everything we needed.
It was my wife's birthday during our stay, and he even arranged some lovely surprises for her. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
