We had a wonderful stay here with our family!
We had a wonderful stay here with our family! Itβs a great hotel for families with kids. The water park was so much fun, and the beach is also nearby. What we loved most was how friendly and caring all the staff were with the children. Our room was comfortable and perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to other families!
The best hotel staffs ever!
I stayed at OZO Phuket for a week, and I absolutely loved the activities here! K. Tiw, K. Chart, and K. Nai are superb! They are the best poolside staff members. I especially enjoyed the Yoga Class, Aqua Dance and Thai Boxing activities led by them. They are so energetic and friendly, and they made the activities really fun!
I also really appreciated how they always remembered me whenever I came to get a pool towel. Such great service and attention to detail! The other staffs are also nice, friendly and helpful. All of them truly made my stay more enjoyable and memorable π«°π»

Family holiday
We stayed here on a family holiday and was an ideal location, the staff where really friendly especially the staff in the thirst bar, they made our grandson laugh every day Nong , pond ,mook , may and auto would recommend staying there
