Lovely Staff
Fhun in service has a wonderful smile, and she is so friendly. We always have cozy relaxing time. And she knows what we want and when we want.
Definitely a hotel like no other!
We loved the pool access from the luxurious executive room with two bedrooms! Pools were large and inspiring! Very good and kind service, we appreciate the late check out and complimentary possibility to have a workout at the gym before our flight. Special thanks to KK, Chani and Bow for your kindness!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at Metadee Concept Hotel, Phuket!
I had a wonderful stay at Metadee Concept Hotel in Phuket, Thailand. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. One of the highlights was that the hotel upgraded my room free of charge, which was such a lovely surprise and made my stay even more special.
A big thank you to Aunt, Bow, Palm, KK, Reen, Ice and Tan for their kindness, warm hospitality, and excellent service. Their friendly attitude and thoughtful gestures made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.
The overall experience was fantastic, and I really appreciated the attention and care shown by the team. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes you want to return again.
I highly recommend Metadee Concept Hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I would definitely love to come back! ❤️🌴
Awesome holiday everything was perfect
Had the most wonderful stay for a significant birthday and joined by the family.. special mention to Chani, Ruan on reception who made all the birthday reservation, a special acknowledgment in the room and a birthday cake at the Moon Restaurant.. Knock at restaurant was fantastic with his service and humour
