Great experience at Chanalai Garden Resort
Great location with the beach across the road and all shops close by. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Calm atmosphere with great music at the pools. Great value for money, definitely worth the trip.
Paradise in Phuket Thailand
We absolutely loved our stay at Chanalai Garden Resort and can’t recommend it highly enough!
The location is unbeatable—it’s directly across the road from beautiful Kata Beach. You simply cross the road and you’re on the sand within moments, which made beach days so easy with our three boys. There’s also a 7-Eleven directly across the road, along with plenty of lovely restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for everything you need.
The hotel has a wonderful authentic Thai feel that made our holiday feel even more special. The rooms, gardens, and overall atmosphere were beautiful, relaxing, and full of charm.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single person was so warm, kind, and welcoming. There are so many people we could mention, but a special thank you to Daisy, Man, John, Apple, and the many other amazing team members who made us feel like we were at home. Their genuine care and friendliness made all the difference.
Our three boys absolutely loved the pool, and our two youngest had the best time at Kids Club—it gave them something to look forward to every day. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a huge variety of delicious food to suit everyone in the family.
We had such a wonderful experience that there’s no question we’ll be back. When we return to Thailand, we’ll definitely be staying at Chanalai Garden Resort again. Thank you to everyone for making our family holiday so memorable!

Firstly I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and respect they showed us from the day we arrived until the day we departed. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the team never failed to ask if any cleaning was needed. Many smiles and the food was good. We definitely recommend Chanalai Garden Resort, to any tourist visiting Kata Beach, Phuket.

The location was perfect and the room was clean.
Outstanding stay
Excellent location just a very short walk to the beach, across the road from 7/11 and all amenities. Friendly atmosphere, wonderful staff, great food! Rooms were clean and beautiful and although we were above the pool, there was no noise issue in the rooms. The pool had a bar, which was a lot of fun. Breakfast was brilliant! All round excellent value for money! A special shout out to Irish who made us feel very welcome
