Family holiday
Beautiful hotel, provides a shuttle bus every hour until 22:00pm, was really good, staff very friendly, clean hotel, great food
A few tweaks needed
I have a mixed review. Location was great however be warned the hotel is located on a very steep hill. The hotel provides a bus shuttle service every hour which we only found out on day 2. They are very close to kata beach and shops.
Staff, although very friendly the communication is shockingly poor. One staff member says one thing, the other says something different. It seems the hotel are more concerned with people taking stuff and wrecking their rooms than actually providing people with a great service. They just nod and smile to everything.
Also you need 3,000 Thai money for deposit. We were never informed about this prior to arrival but they use this money for any marks in the room. However it is OK for the hotel to provide dirty linen on the beds with pen marks? Clearly they are trying to blame the new guests for the damage so they can earn extra money.
Lack of communication regarding what they offer I.e. we had an excursion at 7am and was never informed about the pre order of breakfast box.
If they communicated, be honest, let people know the rulings etc, the stay would of been OK.
Beautiful setting and pool luxurious and nice and quiet. Stunning hotel.
Verdict I would say 6.5/10 for a 4*.
Incredible Service
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were absolutely incredible. One of the staff members, Micky, stood out as an amazing star, their service was fantastic- they were kind, caring and helpful. Micky is an asset to the hotel. The food at the hotel was lovely and the view is beautiful. Felt so safe and comfortable at the hotel. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality.
Exceptional
Location was perfect and they have a free shuttle bus every hour. Atmosphere is pleasant and kind. Rooms absolutely spotless. Absolutely my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at’
