Amazing property and great staff
Our time at Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort was absolutely amazing! We felt so well taken care of by the cheerful and helpful team. A huge thank you to Namwa, the duty manager, for providing such outstanding service—she really went the extra mile to make our stay special.

Fantastic stay during tennis camp with 8 friends
A group of friends and I had a tennis camp at the hotel from 3 - 6 June 2026. Must say it was a fantastic experience!
At the tennis centre, there were 4 courts which looked recently refurbished. The Recreation Manager, Khun Somchay and his coaches (Khun Kwan and Khun Chey) took very good care of us. They've provided cold towels (with lovely lemongrass smells), ice cold water and towels - replenishing several times during the 2 hours of hitting we were there!
The coaching quality was also very good, all my friends have positive impressions!

A Truly Outstanding Stay – 10/10
This is a review by my father, Sunil Sarna who visited the property in June 2026.
This was my second stay at Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort, Karon, and once again it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, lovely rooms, excellent food, and wonderful amenities and facilities. I was enjoying the stay so much that I decided to extend it, which says a lot about the overall experience.
What really makes this resort stand out is the service. Every staff member I came across was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The team goes out of its way to make guests feel comfortable and valued, and that level of hospitality makes a huge difference.
A very special mention to Miss Venessa, Mr. Phathr, Lyla, and Patric, who took amazing care of me throughout my stay. Their kindness, attention to detail, and personal care truly made the stay memorable. They have set the bar very high and have definitely ensured that I will be visiting again very soon.
Overall, Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort is a true 10/10 property with outstanding service, food, views, rooms, and facilities. Highly recommended.
Old property need complete renovation. Not worth the money
This is a very old property and certainly feels like it . The rooms are very bad . Full of bugs/ants . The rooms get wet due to humidity. Even the walls are moist . Service is not good , no one bothers to respond to complaints .

Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort is truly magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing, warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter what we asked.
The private beach is stunning and a real highlight, giving you that secluded, paradise feel that makes this place so special. The pools are gorgeous and perfect for relaxing, and the food was incredible across the board, every meal was a treat.
If you're looking for a resort that combines beautiful surroundings, fantastic facilities, and service that goes above and beyond, this is the place. We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return.
