We’ve spent four absolutely wonderful days here, and this is our second stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly. I couldn’t leave a review earlier due to internet issues, but our return two months later speaks volumes about how much we love this place!

We enjoyed four lovely days at this hotel, marking our second visit. Every member of staff here is exceptionally polite and hospitable. I was unable to submit a review last time because of network troubles, but coming back two months later fully shows our fondness for this wonderful hotel.

‘Chanalai hillside resort’
We stayed at Chanalai hillside resort and the staffs were very friendly and kind, all workers were good at their job but in my opinion the workers Al-Lip Ba Ba and Ma were the kindest and they were really close to their costumers/hotel guests, they even served people with their whole hearts and it really stands out for us. For us this hotel deserves a 5 star.
