nice little gem hidden near Kamala beach
We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Resort & Suites Phuket. The hotel is a wonderful, peaceful gem tucked away near Kamala Beach, offering the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway.
From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional. Every staff member was attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The overall ambiance of the property is fantastic, featuring a great setup, beautiful design, and very comfortable rooms. Cleanliness and room quality were good throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return!

No Electricity in 2026???
This trip started off great - the hotel was absolutely perfect- fabulous room and so so clean - after 4 nights we returned from a day trip to be told there was a issue with the electricity in the hotel and we’re been moved to another part of the hotel just for one night, there was no air conditioning in the common areas of the hotel which made it very uncomfortable- we had paid for a superior room but the room we were moved to was far from superior- each day we were told the problem would be fixed tomorrow but in our case it wasn’t and we never got to the room we had originally paid for - This actually was so disappointing and really put a damper on our trip to Phuket! I could complain about more but feel there is no point- I do have to say however that complimentary teas and coffee do not compensate guests for such inconvenience - Would I return to this hotel ? If I was asked at the start of the holiday I would have said definitely but considering how the holiday ended I don’t think so - So many guests were complaining
Excellent hotel for families
Hotel and staff are lovely, very accommodating, hotel was clean and well maintained, kids loved the pool slide, would recommend for families, quiet area not to far from food and shopping

Secret gem
We had an absolutely fantastic family holiday at the Radisson Resort in Phuket! From start to finish, everything was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The food was fantastic, with a great selection, and the drinks were equally impressive! The staff were exceptional – always friendly, welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The swimming pool was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the resort facilities were amazing, with everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday.
Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the perfect size for our family of four. We had plenty of room to relax and felt really comfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, we had an amazing time and couldn’t fault our experience. The combination of fantastic food, excellent drinks, wonderful staff and brilliant facilities made this a holiday to remember.
We would highly recommend the Radisson Resort Phuket to families looking for a fantastic holiday and would definitely love to return!
