We felt so welcome and a true "home away from home" experience during our stay. Providing warm, genuine hospitality was at the heart of everything they did.
Especially Khun Faris at Pine Beach Bar. his attentive and helpful service made such a positive impression on us. Also mind the lady at the concierge who planned and helped us do the city tour. The staff made us want to come back with our kids and stay at the hotel again. They helped us have unforgettable memories with every service and approach they had.

Our recent stay at the InterContinental Phuket Resort was nothing short of spectacular. The resort itself is a stunning masterpiece—beautifully designed, pristine, and offering the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility.
What truly elevated our experience, however, was the world-class service. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Honey. Her incredible kindness, warmth, and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable.
It is rare to encounter leadership and hospitality of this caliber. Because of the beautiful property and Ms. Honey's outstanding care, we cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff & food
The hospitality and the food here was top tier. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The staff is so kind and welcoming. You will want to come back again and again. It's a beautiful atmosphere all around and an unforgettable experience. Bee and Yodmai were our servers. They were awesome! Thank you so much!
