Not what we expected.
How disappointed were we arriving at Kamala beach Phuket.
Tui’s describes Kamala Beach as a calming location, that has stayed true to its fishing village roots and set itself up as the place to go for a laid-back holiday. This is so far away from the truth. It is a dirty, noisy town filled with weed shops, massage shops and ttitty bars, I was frightened walking down the street. The beach was filthy dirty, with what smelt like raw sewerage.
Cape sienna is sold as “Set in a part of Phuket known as Millionaire's Mile, the Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel and Villas live up to the promise of their postcode”
This is once again miss selling as the area is so far from a millionaires mile, The hotel had a bad odour especially when you opened the wardrobe which mad the whole room smell.
You needed a degree in lighting to get the toilet light on and all other lights offs
No usb plugs and really poor quality Wifi.
The place mats in the breakfast area were ingrained with dirt, don’t think they’ve ever been cleaned.
This hotel is far from a 4 star hotel.
I think Tui should review the area and hotel and give a true review of what customer can expect

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff.
Lovely hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. View from the hotel pool is stunning, looked over the sea. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding Hospitality
My sister and I stayed at Cape sienna recently and had a fantastic stay. Special thanks to Kay at the breakfast, very lovely and service minded lady that made us smile every morning!!The reception staff was warm and welcoming everyday, special thanks to the night shift boys for being very professional, helpful and kind!:)
The hotel is clean, breakfast selection was great!! Thank you for a lovely stay Cape Sienna, we will definitely come back again!:)
Good hotel
Very clean and fresh looking hotel. Room had excellent view of the beach. Hotel staff are friendly. It’s a fair distance to walk into town so best get a grab or use the hotel shuttle.
STAFF STEALING !!
I stayed at this hotel, I left four very exspensive T-shirts hung up in the wardrobe the night before to remove the creases. I checked out in a rush and realised two hours later I had left the T-shirts. I called to say I was going to collect and they said there was nothing there. Meaning that a memeber of the cleaning staff had stolen my clothes. The four t-shirts were over £200 each and the hotel showed no concern or apologies or didn’t try to get them back from who ever took them. Also there isn’t a 90% , 94% or 98% chance they were left in the room, it is 100% they were in the wardrobe. Absolutely disgusted in the hotel. Have been living around Thailand for 3 years and have never had this before. DO NOT stay at this hotel.
