Unfortunately not recommended After check-out, we realized that we had left cash inside the room safe. We contacted the hotel immediately and asked multiple times for a thorough check. We were simply informed that nothing was found. What was particularly disappointing was that, despite contacting them several times, we received no further support or satisfactory resolution.
Not a five star experience
Lovely pool area and views on first checking in was impressed but not an overall pleasant stay building work noise all day long when trying to relax at pool. Stayed in a jacuzzi room shower door needs attention green mould on bottom, jacuzzi jets need attention they need cleaned badly manager not interested in our concerns. Got woken every morning with construction work outside our room no one mentioned this when booking. Staff very friendly all in all would not stay here again there are far better five star hotels in Thailand.

Lovely hotel
This is our fourth holiday to Thailand and our first visit here. The hotel sits on a hill over looking the beautiful bay and the views from our room and reception were amazing. We had a sea view room and were really happy with it. There are some lovely touches that make the stay personal to you but I won’t put them in here and ruin the surprise! We didn’t use the restaurants so can’t comment on them. Both pools are lovely and well maintained. I have nothing bad to say about the staff everyone we meet was lovely and so nice. Would go back

Smaller, quiet hotel and near small town.
Nice location as few mins walk to a small town & beach. We had a sea view, so road was outside our room, which could be a little noisy early in the morning, but nothing serious. Possibly due to time of year, but not many other guests staying here at all. Which was perfect, no problem getting a pool seat, food or drinks. Had a couple of massages, which were lovely. 7-11 shop nearby for additional purchases of food & booze! Not a very big hotel but had everything we wanted.

Lovely stay in an amazing place
Beautiful hotel with amazing views and great staff that are only too willing to help with any questions you may have about anything. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Kamala beach area with shops and restaurants. The hotel is on a slight hill so it’s easy going down to the town but if you’re not up for a walk back get a taxi or tuk tuk as they’re not that expensive . The hotel has a lovely pool and and you get towel cards so no need to bring your own
