Best beachfront stay
An amazing stay thanks to Micky!
We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort, and Micky made our experience even more special. He was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable and that everything was just the way we wanted it. He genuinely listened to every request we had and was always there to help with a smile, making us feel very well taken care of.
It’s the little things that make a difference when staying at a resort, and Micky really went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and personal attention.

Great for stay cation and enjoy life

Pullman Phuket Panwa Resort is officially the only destination in Phuket
Firstly, the welcome for my pre birthday celebration at my room was exceptional…the team did a great job. Micky is such a gentleman and he’s welcoming.
Ooh the food at the Edge restaurant out of this world , there was no need to even go try other restaurant elsewhere, the idea of À la carte menu for the full package option makes it exceptional value for money while getting the fine dining experience of 3 course meals. The staff at the restaurant oooh I have never experienced such a warm hospitality & consistency.
Now the massage is what will force me to go back, Yah the therapist a very warm lady with gentle soft hands. I like everything she did.
We did not like the breakfast at all, we went twice and for the rest of our stay we just decided not to go at all. The breakfast lacks variety and we just did not find anything we like. I was shocked that they can’t do a simple egg Benedict that is a basic for hotel breakfast. I hope they improve
Overall, so many beautiful memories were made, we will definitely return, but generally Phuket has became impossible with prices and doesn’t match the value.

Relaxing resort stay
Loved the stay here, the perfect honeymoon getaway and exactly the trip we needed. Many thanks to Micky and Dan for taking care of us throughout the week!
Nice Pool Villa and a comfortable stay close to Phuket town with a beach front
We had booked a pool villa, the villa itself was amazing - spacious , luxurious and good. Even the pool was nice and private.
I would like to highlight the exceptional welcome from Ms May at the reception , she was kind and welcoming - A true spirit of hospitality kindness. Kudos to her. Another team member julian who took is to the room was also good.
