One of the best!
We arrived in Thailand for our honeymoon and started off at this place—an amazing experience, simply perfect. The service, the location, the staff, the food—everything was just perfect. Words can’t do it justice; we will definitely be back.

Excellent service as always
Excellent service and the room is clean. On demand buggy service to take us around the resort, very convenient. There are also many different complimentary activities for us to join. Today we had fun making Thai milk tea, esp with the kids

The in-dining bbq and seafood by Mot and Dam was really good. Great service and food
Amazing Hotel
The hotel room is very clean and big and the pool was very clean even in the mornings with very small insects. Saffron restaurant was very delicious and we ate it for two nights, there is also a lot of activities you can join, such as making your own Thai Tea! Overall very good hotel and would recommend Banyan Tree for family vacations and relaxation.
