Our visit to Banyan Tree Krabi was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected genuine hospitality, warmth, and professionalism.

A very special thank you to Jen, Fluk, Kwan, Kai, and Noogie, who made our experience truly unforgettable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and sincere care made us feel sooo welcomed. They went above and beyond to ensure every moment of our short visit was perfect. It is people like them who transform a beautiful resort into a place you never want to leave.

The resort itself is breathtaking, with stunning views, excellent dining, and an atmosphere of complete tranquility. Every member of the team contributed to creating a seamless and luxurious experience, and their passion for hospitality shines through in everything they do.

Thank you to the entire Banyan Tree Krabi family for creating such wonderful memories. We are already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend this incredible resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable escape in Thailand.

Where to begin? We’ve just returned from a stay at Banyan Tree Krabi which incorporated several “firsts” for us: First time in Thailand, first time in a resort (as ex-Europeans, we normally travel through Europe for a few months each year), first time having a completely organised vacation through our wonderful travel agent, Sousan Hassona.

Starting with the reception and check-in, we thought the process was easy, team members were very welcoming and friendly and, let’s be honest, they do have the most beautiful office in the world, overlooking the Andaman Sea. It is a place where you just love to sit and enjoy. But that was only the beginning, we had no idea what was waiting for us.

We were taken to our suite and shown around. We can be brief about the rooms: they are fantastic in every sense, very well appointed, nothing is lacking and I don’t think you can make something cleaner than they were. We truly appreciated the little things like fresh fruit in the suite every day, plus an explanation of what local fruits were on offer, very nice touch. We came to celebrate a birthday and our 45th wedding anniversary and the staff provided little cakes and birthday wishes without us asking for that. It's those things that really touched us. The view, again, was to die for: our suite overlooked the sea and we had a good view of many of the islands.

After unpacking we had an opportunity to explore the grounds a little and the same experience was had. Everything is as perfect as you can get it, you cannot think what else you would want in the resort. As we arrived fairly late we had dinner in the Naga Kitchen and this place deserves a special mention for a few reasons, one of which we will explore further below. Dinner menu was simply fantastic with a wide range of options from various countries. As we discovered the next day, breakfast was similarly impressive and offered just about anything you could wish for.

There are several areas, like the Naga Kitchen, that deserve special mention and we will name them in no particular order: the Kredkaew Bar, the Spa and Massage rooms, the Saffron Restaurant and not to forget the Grand White Pearl (tour boat).

We mention these in order to get to the most important point of this review, namely its people. What sets the resort apart, in our view, is the staff who work there. Each and every one of them: Ally and team in reception; Pom, Sainna, Neung, Nai, Nat, Karan, Snack, AomAam, Mos, Soda, Liang, Ying, Priew, Ko, Mint from the Naga Kitchen; Pong, Noom, Dao, Dee from the Kredkaew Bar and those whose names we did not get (sincere apologies for that) is deserving of our utmost gratitude. You are forever in our hearts and we truly hope to see you again in the future. You are the heart and soul of the resort, and you are entitled to be proud of what you achieve with your welcoming, warm and embracing manner. We had the feeling that you were genuinely interested in having us there and we feel honoured to know you.

Finally Pop, as the general manager and our host, you were a most hospitable and caring person; we enjoyed our chats in the morning and we can say with conviction: you preside over a simply magnificent team of people who, it is very obvious, love doing what they do. That is in no small matter thanks to you and your style of management. To all we say a heartfelt thank you and we look forward enormously to seeing you again

We had an excellent experience at Banyan Tree Krabi. From check-in (thanks Mos!), to excellent service at the Naga Kitchen (Neung was a superb server), to drinks at the bar (great bartenders included Pong, Dee, and Dao), to the amazing food and service at Saffron, to the serene, cozy, and refined accommodations, this is an exceptional resort. Every member of the staff were welcoming, kind, and genuinely interested in making our experience memorable and comforting. The rooms were fastidiously clean and offer stunning views of the Andaman Sea. The property is meticulously maintained. The food and drinks were excellent at every eatery. I would definitely return to this property.
