Average stay, expected it to be better
I stayed here in june with my family - we had 4 rooms, Stayed for 3 nights. Had requested them to be on the same floor denied. PROS: About 20 mins cab drive from Aoang, Good beach views, Large beds , Get the twin bed room and request them to join them it becomes the best size ever, Since i had kids with me it helped. House keeping is not the best but still clean. reception staff during the day and activity desk is active to help to plan your day. Cons: -Breakfast is below average in terms of choice, same everyday
-NO lift access to the pool, spa, beach, bar or resturant, This property is not for guests who are unable to walk up and own stairs, had trouble with my elder family members and kids.
-NO ROOM SERVICE AFTER 9 PM EVEN FOR WATER, I HAD TO TAKE A CAB AND BUY 1 GALLON BOTTLES TO PLACE IN EACH ROOM FOR KIDS, This despite confirming at the time of booking regarding 24 hours room service.
-Skeleton Staff at night, ONE non bothered gate guard and one staff at the reception who cant help with anything.
- Over priced cab service - even more than what i was getting n GRAB for transfer to phuket by road from Krabi.
- ongoing construction at the main entrance
- Nearest 7/11 or convenience store is 3 kms away just so that you know if you need anything at night.

Great stay
We stayed 5 nights at this Hotel. The beach is one of the best in Krabi. The hotel was exceptional and staffing very polite. I would stay again. Spa was great and pricing very reasonable.

Amazing stay at Amari
It was a great stay at the property we were amazed with the service at the property special thanks to Ms Cream & May at the reception for great check in and check out it was smooth process. The whole stay was amazing.
Great place to get away!
Lovely clean rooms and picturesque setting overlooking the limestone islands. The food s d service were fabulous.
