Awesome stay!
Sem,Sky, Na, Bao and Pom are the best team at the pool bar area. Make sure to visit during happy hour 4-6.
Well managed Big old hotel.
Indian chef Ankit & Mahabir serve very tasty Paratha and other Indian foods. Don't miss it. The hotel is old but well managed with attentive staffs. Huge swimming pool and lot of activities for kids.

Spa, wellness and massage
We had a half-day wellness and spa experience here, and it was honestly one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had.
The massage was outstanding, the facilities were beautiful, and from the moment we arrived we felt completely relaxed. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive.
A special thank you to Azeeza, Na and the whole spa team. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Every detail was taken care of with so much care and professionalism.
My wife was celebrating her birthday, and they truly made her feel special. She was completely spoiled, which made the day even more memorable.
If you’re in Krabi, don’t hesitate—book this place. It is absolutely worth it and an experience you won’t forget. Highly recommended!
Hotel under construction
Arrived at hotel to discover half of hotel is closed and under renovation. No advanced warning from hotel or agent and hotel are saying they are no obligation to tell guests- despite now putting details of closure on website
The hotel opened in 2007 and clearly little has been done to the hotel since. Rooms are tired and rundown as are many areas of the hotel including its very large swimming pool area.
It is literally a joke to suggest the hotel is a 5 star hotel- I was told I should come back once the hotel has been upgraded
You should avoid this hotel.
They have a small golf course which again has seen better days and is very unkempt like the hotel. Very disappointed in Sofitel brand and will never book with them again. If you are coming here you might want to reconsider
