A beautiful and charming hotel! The atmosphere is truly special, making you feel surrounded by nature and tranquility right in the heart of the city.
The staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly, and attentive, both at breakfast and throughout our stay.
The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

Good location
On a positive it was a nice resort with a good location as away form the busy main road. Our honeymoon chalet was big and airy. Breakfast had plenty of choice and thankyou to Shaine who looked after us each morning. Evening food was very good and agian many thanks to Ben and the other young girl doing her law studies (sorry i have forgetten her name two weeks later)!! On the negative we had the high end room yet the view from the balcony was looking at the building next door and all the electrical/phone cables at the back of the hotel whilst some of the other rooms had front row views ! You would think the honeymoon chalet would get the better views. I know some refirb is going on. I know its hard to keep things warm but all the hot food at breakfast was basically cold so didnt eat it after day 1.

We had a wonderful time! The service was amazing, and the staff was kind and helpful, especially Sarah and Keke. We will definitely come back!
