Great for family with a young kids
The room was very clean, and we stayed for two nights. The hotel has a convenient car park, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We encountered a clogged toilet during our stay, but the maintenance team came immediately and resolved the issue quickly.
The swimming pool was great, and the event room at One Hill was lovely. The hotel provided a buggy service and assisted us to our room with our luggage.
The Wi-Fi was excellent! The kids’ room and water slide were also really cool, and the kids enjoyed them so much. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
Great Stay & Excellent Service!
Had a really pleasant stay here! The staff, especially Ased, was very helpful and friendly. He helped us with our luggage, gave us a welcome drink, and even recommended some good places to eat nearby. Plus point, he can speak Malay too, which made everything even easier!
The receptionists were also very kind and welcoming. I also tried the spa inside the hotel, and the service was really good and relaxing.
I stayed in the King Bed Room and it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Overall, really happy with the service and my stay here. Definitely recommended! ❤️

Everything was perfect. It's just that we got room with a very bad view rather than we booked room for mountain view. Rest everything was good
Wonderful
Overall we enjoyed the stay very much especially the kids (7 & 4 yo). They enjoyed playing at the kids water park and kids club. The staff at the Kids Club, Bank and Nan, were especially helpful and friendly. My kids enjoyed doing the Art and Craft there under their guidance. The Kids Club is clean.

Great service, great foods and drinks
Excellent service and delicious food. We would like to especially name out the polite people that were providing service and serving foods to us: Yayee, Krit, and Leo. They were very polite and patient in terms of explaining about the Holiday Inn membership details, guiding us to the seats we wanted, and recommending foods and drinks to us. Our photos were taken nicely and they satisfied all our requests. We will come back again for their foods and drinks, and for the great service provided by them.
