We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Koh Samui, made even more memorable by the outstanding service and warm hospitality of the team. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel truly special throughout our stay.
A special shout-out: Khun Nan for going above and beyond to make our experience so memorable. Her thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and excellent service truly stood out and made a real difference during our arrival.
Khun Mie and Penny for the awesome experience at the spa. I enjoy the massage so much!

Wonderful
Beautiful resort and very nice villas. Highlights are the villa pool, morning activities, thoughtfulness of the staff and probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. The resort's isolated location is part of its charm and appeal.

The perfect villa, breathtaking views, and outstanding hospitality — Conrad Koh Samui exceeded our expectations and was the perfect way to end our family vacation!
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm smile by Sanah, which immediately made us feel at home. The villa was absolutely beautiful, and the views were simply breathtaking. Every detail contributed to a relaxing and memorable experience for our family.
A special thank you to the entire Bell and Driver team — Taro, Sorn, Mhee, Bill, and Rut — who were always amazing, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast at Aow Thai was also a highlight of our stay, thanks to Minnie, Neen, and Ni for their warm hospitality and great service.
The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout our stay.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the Reception team — Hely, Ian, Dear, Nan, and Nana — for their assistance and warm hospitality. Special thanks as well to Chompoo, Mila, and Ariyapa for taking care of all our requests and making sure everything went smoothly.
My mother-in-law and my partner also had a wonderful time visiting the Iris farm, which was a lovely experience and a memorable highlight of their trip.
Overall, the entire Conrad team made our family vacation truly special. It was not just the stunning location and beautiful villa, but above all, the genuine care, friendliness, and attention to detail from the team that made this stay so memorable.
We will definitely be back in April! We are already looking forward to returning and seeing everyone again.

A Wonderful Stay at Conrad Koh Samui
A fantastic stay and the perfect way to end our family vacation! The villa was beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and the hospitality was outstanding.
