It’s a good reset to our mind and body
It’s our first retreat and we had great time here! Staffs are so friendly and attentive, the classes are good. We could really workout and rest well through the stay.

Amazing wellness resort
Beautiful resort with great wellness and fitness offerings, good healthy food options and very friendly service. Not directly at the beach, but beautiful location and beach shuttle available. Rooms were spacious and very clean. I really enjoyed my stay and can only recommend it.
Get fir focus
This place is a hidden gem! Did the 10 day get fit program and loved it! I FEEL GREAT! Its a place to relax and focus on your body and Achai the fitness guru is great as to all the staff. They look after you like nothing else. The therapies and massages are all great!
