Our family third stay
Our third stay — and still favorite hotel with the best beach on Koh Samui! And once again, our experience confirmed why we keep coming back.
As returning guests, we already had certain expectations based on our previous stays, and initially the rooms we were given didn’t quite meet them. We are especially grateful to our manager, SUNNY. He arranged an upgrade for both of our rooms, and we truly appreciated how professionally and thoughtfully he handled the situation. It made a real difference to our stay. We would also like to thank PAMELA for her wonderful attention to our family. Sunny Pamela, thank you for all the lovely compliments and gifts waiting for us in our rooms every single day. These thoughtful touches made us feel very welcome and were such a pleasant surprise throughout our stay.
And a special mention to the wonderful lady JEAB at the restaurant. Always smiling, friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy, she somehow managed to turn even a simple breakfast into a little celebration. It was a pleasure to start every morning with you.

Amazing Stay at Vana Belle Resort
My husband and I traveled on a birthday trip to Koh Samui and I couldn’t have imagined it being this special had it not been for Frang. His warm reception, kindness, attention to detail, and not to mention his very kind and thoughtful birthday gift in the room alongside the daily check-ins, made a ton of a difference and really made us feel at home, and very well taken care of. He truly made this trip very memorable, always with a kind and warm smile on this face and we look forward to seeing him again! Thank you Frang!
Exceptional Stay at Vana Belle – Highly Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at Vana Belle and would highly recommend the resort to anyone visiting Koh Samui.
The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Our room was beautiful, spacious and very well maintained, while the resort itself was stunning, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. What impressed us most, however, was the consistently high level of service throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Morning buffet breakfast was good quality with ala carte order options, beach side dinner and in room dining were perfect as well.
A very special mention must go to Naomi, our butler, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. She was always incredibly responsive whenever we had questions over WhatsApp and went above and beyond to assist us. She helped us make reservations at several external restaurants around Koh Samui and also organised our transportation, making everything effortless for us.
Having Naomi available throughout the stay really elevated our experience and allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our holiday without having to worry about the little details.
Beautiful resort, excellent room, wonderful service and an outstanding team. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Vana Belle and would happily return on our next visit to Koh Samui.

**An Unforgettable Stay — Exceptional in Every Way, Especially Thanks to Naomi
Our stay at Vana Belle, a Luxury Collection Resort, Koh Samui, was truly exceptional and easily one of the highlights of our entire trip.
The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The breathtaking ocean views are even more beautiful than the photos — waking up to the endless blue sea every morning was something we will never forget. The whole property feels peaceful, elegant and wonderfully private, surrounded by lush tropical scenery.
Our room was beautifully designed, spacious and extremely comfortable. Every detail, from the layout and furnishings to the amenities and overall atmosphere, reflected the quality you would expect from a true luxury resort. It felt sophisticated without being overly formal, and incredibly relaxing from the moment we arrived.
The food was another highlight. We were very impressed by the quality of the dining throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and beautiful presentation, and the overall standard of the restaurants was consistently high.
However, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional service from our butler, Naomi.
Naomi is, without exaggeration, one of the best hotel butlers we have ever met. From the very beginning, she welcomed us with genuine warmth and took care of us with an extraordinary level of attention and professionalism. She was always thoughtful, responsive and incredibly attentive to even the smallest details.
What impressed us most was that her service never felt routine or simply “part of the job.” Her kindness and enthusiasm felt completely genuine. She seemed to anticipate what we might need before we even had to ask, and every interaction with her made us feel sincerely cared for.
Her professionalism was outstanding, but it was her warmth and personality that touched us the most. Naomi’s positivity and genuine hospitality were infectious, and she made us feel not just like hotel guests, but like truly welcomed friends.
Luxury hotels can offer beautiful rooms, spectacular views and excellent facilities, but it is exceptional people who turn a great hotel stay into a lasting memory. Naomi did exactly that for us.
She has become one of the most wonderful memories of our trip to Koh Samui, and Vana Belle is incredibly fortunate to have someone like her on the team.

Great family resting vacation.
Our stay at the Vana Belle Resort was wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The service was exceptional! All of the staff were polite and attentive. The vast majority of our requests were met with "yes", which always makes a stay more enjoyable. The beach was very good as was the food!
