SMALL ROOMS
I don't usually write reviews, but felt it important to. This hotel charges top rates for rooms that are way too small, with no cupboard or storage space for your clothes & personal items. There is minimal space to sit down & relax with the bed taking the majority of the space. Upon checkout we went to claim the offered 10% discount on the food that was offered, we were treated rather rudely & aggressively by the reception lady.

OZO Good vibes
Great Hotel in excellent Location on Chaweng Beach. We stayed in a Beach front Room which is exactly that... Beachfront. Beautiful Pool with clean rooms and very friendly staff

Wonderful stay at OZO

Very good
It was nice staying, very nice stuff, very nice pool and beach. We accepted more from breakfast. And there was one time that no one come to clean our room all day. Beside that, every thing was good
Great location, facilities and helpful staff
We had a great experience at Ozo. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The facilities were fantastic and the location was perfect. We travelled as a family of 4 and were very impressed with the facilities, the staff, the location and the general vibe of the hotel!
