Only 3 star
This is not a 5 star hotel but only 3 star. I paid 366 Euro per night for me and my daughters. We had 1 double bed and a sofa bed! They could not even install a normal bed although there was enough space. Rooms are quite old as well. Wifi was terrible. I slept several times in 4 and 5 star hotels and the difference is huge. Some of the staff are very friendly, others aren't. At the coffee for example they are not friendly at all. This hotel is too expensive, i regret not having chosen for another one. Will not come back

Guest activities at Chaweng Regent Beach Resort
We booked in for ' Partner Stretching' and Pilates on consecutive mornings. We had a delightful and very professional instructor,'Oil'. She was very methodical and encouraging in her approach and both classes were challenging and well worth doing. Highly recommended.

A Wonderful Stay at Chaweng Regent Beach Resort
I had a fantastic stay at Chaweng Regent Beach Resort and was genuinely impressed by both the room and the level of service.
My room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and located right by the beach, with breathtaking views of the sea. One of my favorite features was the bathroom, which offered a spectacular view of the beach. The room also had a generous living area and an extremely comfortable bed. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized.
The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout my stay. When I requested that the exterior windows be cleaned because they were obstructing the beautiful view, someone arrived promptly and cleaned all the outside windows in my room. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently my request was handled.
As the resort is located on the ground level, right next to the beach, I unfortunately encountered a cockroach in my room. When I reported it to reception the following morning, the staff were genuinely apologetic, took responsibility for the situation, and went out of their way to make things right. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered me a complimentary one-hour spa massage, along with a dinner for two at the hotel’s restaurant. I thought this was a very thoughtful response and appreciated the way they handled the situation.
Another major advantage is the location. The resort is right in the heart of Chaweng, making it easy to access everything nearby, yet the room itself was peaceful and well away from the nighttime noise. This combination of a central location and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere was a real bonus.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The beautiful beachfront room, stunning views, excellent housekeeping, convenient location, and attentive staff made this a memorable experience. While the insect issue was unfortunate, the way the team responded demonstrated that they genuinely care about their guests.
I would happily consider staying here again and recommend the resort to anyone looking for a beachfront stay in the heart of Chaweng.
