Located on the peaceful northern section of the white sands of Chaweng beach, this charming venue is in the immediate vicinity of countless restaurants, 500 m from the nightclubs in and a 15-minute walk from the town centre. In the evenings the grown-ups can relax in the cosy TV lounge or visit the in-house nightclub for some entertainment. Perfect stay at Chaba Cabana
Chaba Cabana is a beautiful hotel, with a gorgeous beach front, the staff are amazing and can’t do enough to look after you, special mention for Jampen who goes above and beyond 🥰 The location is great, you can either walk along the beach to the town or order a Grab, we found that cheaper than the buses that go up and down. The rooms are very spacious and the food very nice We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate at recommending this hotel

Breakfast let it down
We had 4 nights here at the start of our Thailand trip. Plus points ….10 minutes from airport Room ( deluxe double) was decent. Staff team are nice. Reception team were helpful. Restaurant is by the beach with lovely views. Good coffee The beach stretch is lovely…nice sandbank and crystal waters.Shallow.
Negative points Breakfast is underwhelming. Very little variety. One choice for Thai breakfast. Two choices of fruit most mornings.Queues for egg station that could be 20 minutes when a trainee was there. Two staff squashed together with a 2 ring burner…so slow!
The pool is fairly small and the surrounding deck area is not great….needed refurbishment.

3 levels of luxury
Our room had ocean views 3 levels of luxury we had our own swimming pool and banana lounges we had a balcony from our bedroom looking over the ocean only negative was our bed was on the floor

Perfect Sea at this hotel
Hotel is a small boutique one with fantastic rooms and brilliant staff. It’s just outside Chaweng so you will need to get taxis to either Chaweng beach road or fisherman’s village. We downloaded the Grab app it’s really worth it as taxis come on demand and you know the price before you travel. Traffic is heavy so would cost more in a metered taxi. Taxis are cheap.
There are a couple of restaurants just outside the hotel if you don’t want to venture far but variety wise you need to go into Chaweng which is a totally crazy place !!
Food at the hotel is good but we did find the breakfast reoetitive especially if you don’t want Thai for breakfast. In room you get 2 bottles of water free a day plus there’s a mini bar which you can pay for. Nearest 7-12 is quite a walk away so buy stuff you need whilst out and about.
Rooms are clean and roomy with a massive bed and a balcony. Some of the bottom floor rooms look out on a footpath so there’s no privacy if you get these rooms with the amount of people walking past.
The sea is the biggest pulling point at the hotel. It is totally clear and lovely shades of blue probably best you will ever see. However there is no beach cos the sea comes right up to the hotel wall. If you want a beach just walk in the sea and turn right there’s a few businesses along there which will allow you to sit on their beds if you have a drink etc. well worth it if you are a beach person.
We would definitely come back to this hotel and had a great comfortable stay.

Great quiet hotel on the beach
The hotel is lovely and relaxed, it’s a little out the way but you can get grab to most places quite cheap. The staff are so lovely they try and do so much for you. The rooms are spacious and the air con was excellent. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Would return if I came back to Thailand.
