Great for a fully relaxed getaway
Location is great, quiet area but less than 10 mins walk to Chaweng restaurants. Rooms are amazing, facilities are perfect and breakfast has to be the best I ever had. Massive selection. The place is honestly one of the best I’ve stayed at.
Wonderful
A wonderful hotel! Excellent cleanliness—the rooms are spotless, the pool is quite clean, and the dining area is truly immaculate. The service is excellent—courteous and warm. Peach was incredibly helpful throughout our vacation, handling everything with a smile! The hotel also caters to guests who observe Kashrut and Shabbat; the breakfast offers tasty Kosher options, and on Shabbat, you can simply ask the front desk to send someone to open your room door—a request they fulfill happily. It was truly a wonderful vacation. My recommendation: opt for a room on one of the upper floors to enjoy the view
Another wonderful recharge
I could not share enough about the wonderful experience as a repeat guests of Centara Reserve Samui. The room , location and property has always been top notch . Pls continue to upkeep yhe resort. The front desk staff has been very proactive and exudes genuine care. The resort has the got the best beach and sea in the whole island. The sea is awesome always clear and warm. It was suppose to be raining and thunderstorm but we had 8 days of lovely sunshine and calm sea. Tom Cruise of the adult pool section has been very kind, welcoming and helpful. He is a Gem. Breakfast is simply VERY GOOD , excellent Thai s and international selection , very good food standard has remained consistent. Pui,Kik and another lady has served us well and very patient. Porter staff Peter is always helpful and smiling. The staff do recognise repeat customers and always check on our well being. We are grateful to GM Neil Li for making our experience excllent. ENDRE also takes good care of us. Thank you Centara Reserve Samui for making us feel recharged and well for the this long needed break.

אני רוצה להגיד שהמלון הוא מספר 1 בקוסמוי , קרוב להכל ולא חייב מונית אפילו יוצא לרחוב ומתחיל לטייל מלון גדול מפואר מלא בריכות יש בר בתוך הבריכה ומסעדה מצויינת של המלון, יש גם חוף ים ישירות מהבריכה, הארוחות בוקר היו מצויינות יש חביתות כשרות לישראלים וליהודים אתה מזמין וזה מגיע ישירות לשולחן שלך וגם הקפה שלך אתה מזמין ומגיע אלייך. אני רוצה לציין את הצוות אבל במיוחד את beaut השירות שלה הוא מספר 1 תמיד מקבלת אותנו בחיוך עוזרת במה שצריך ודואגת לשהות שתיהיה הכי טובה שיש! לא נתקלתי עדיין בשירות כזה של הצוות ובמיוחד של beaut אם היה לי מלון בוודאות היא הייתה מנהלת אותו כי היא אלופה ואין כמוה! תודה לbeaut ולכל הצוות! אז תודה לך על הכל עשית אותי ואת אשתי מאושרים ושמחים בחופשה שלנו מגיע לך את כל הברכות החמות beaut אנחנו אוהבים אותך! וכמובן אנחנו נגיע להתארח במלון בשנה הבאה ובכל הפעמים שנגיע לתאילנד!

I want to say that this hotel is number one in Koh Samui. It’s close to everything—you don’t even need a taxi; you can just step out onto the street and start exploring. It’s a large, luxurious hotel with plenty of pools, a swim-up bar, and an excellent on-site restaurant. There is also direct beach access right from the pool area. The breakfasts were outstanding; they even offer kosher-style omelets for Israelis and Jewish guests—you place your order, and it’s brought straight to your table. The same goes for coffee—you order it, and it’s delivered right to you. I’d like to highlight the staff, especially Beaut—her service is truly top-notch. She always greets us with a smile, helps with whatever we need, and goes out of her way to ensure our stay is the best it can possibly be! I have never experienced service like this from any staff member, especially Beaut. If I owned a hotel, I would definitely have her manage it—she’s a superstar, simply one of a kind! Thank you to Beaut and the entire team! Thank you for everything; you made my wife and me so happy during our vacation. You deserve all the best, Beaut—we love you! We will certainly be back to stay at this hotel next year, and every time we visit Thailand!
I would also like to mention that there is a bar setup inside the room with complimentary alcoholic beverages. Additionally, the minibar fridge is stocked with drinks and treats that are replenished daily—all at no extra cost. It is, without a doubt, an exceptionally luxurious indulgence!
