Great experience!!!
Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui was wonderful. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautiful pools, and spacious, spotless rooms. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional.
The only area for improvement was breakfast. While the selection was good, coffee and egg dishes are prepared to order, which often meant a long wait. In addition, the breakfast area is not air-conditioned, making it less comfortable on hot mornings.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return
Perfect resort
A splendid hotel with beauty everywhere! The rooms were spotless, the bed linen was crisp and fresh, and the staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The service was excellent.
The hotel has two beautiful infinity pools, one of which leads directly to a private beach. Most guests seemed to prefer spending their time by the pools, so my husband and I often had the beach almost entirely to ourselves. It was wonderfully peaceful. The hotel also provides complimentary kayaks, and we really enjoyed paddling around the bay just off the hotel beach.
Breakfast was exceptional, with an extensive selection of fresh and delicious dishes to suit every taste. The breakfast area is beautifully designed, although it is not air-conditioned, which is quite common in Thailand. It can feel a little warm during the hottest part of the morning.
The hotel features seven restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including one with a Michelin star. While the food is excellent, we found the prices rather high. Instead, we often took the hotel's complimentary shuttle to Chaweng, where there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious food at much more reasonable prices.
The atmosphere throughout the resort is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.
Blissful holiday
Amazing hotel and resort. We traveled as a family and spent a few nights which was just bliss. A special thank you to all the staff, you do a great job and shout out to Rose and Natty at the spa village.
