Great hotel and location. Best value for money in Koh samui
The Location was amazing the rooms were really clean and house keeping came in everyday. Great value for money. A quiet and peaceful atmosphere was perfect to end our holiday. Able to use the kayaks and paddle boards for free. We could not of asked for more. A special mention to James on reception who made our time memorable and helped us from start to finish even went out his way to get us late check out and helped with laundry service. Thank you and see you again soon
Beautiful and peaceful
Beautiful, peaceful and clean resort with very kind and helpful staff. Recommend getting a scooter, walking from resort can be difficult.

Worst night of trip
Skip this hotel!! I stayed for just one night on my way to Koh Phangan.

The beach side pool area on all of their pictures is closed. There’s a small note in the description that “one of the pools is closed”. It’s more like the entire beach component of this hotel is dead.

the poolside rooms are being renovated. My room smelled like drying paint and gave me a headache after a few hours. At 9:30 they started drilling, sanding and hammering. At 10:00 they started with heavy power tools. Talking to the front desk did nothing!

the “gym” is a small glass box with the air conditioning turned off. In 32 degrees it’s impossible to use

despite my room being newly renovated, water didn’t drain from the shower and I was covered with mosquito bites by morning.
I have been in contact with the hotel directly and they basically said “nothing we can do, pool closure is on the booking site” - they completely ignored the construction around my room. I tried to cancel a second reservation for my incoming friend and they just ignore my messages. This place is a money grab with no service. DO NOT spend your precious vacation here!
Nice hotel!
Really Nice hotel! Rooms are clean, big and nice interior! The balcony is also big with a nice lounge chair! The location of the hotel is perfect, especially when you wanna do a day trip or for a drink at a bar

Best service
We had a fabulous day at Prana Nandana Resort! James was incredibly warm and welcoming. He greeted us with a smile, showed us around, and made us feel at home from the moment we entered the resort. His hospitality made the entire experience even more special.
We also got to enjoy complimentary kayaking and paddleboarding in the sea right in front of the resort, which was such a lovely bonus!
Overall, a wonderful, relaxing, and truly pleasant experience. Thank you, James, for making our visit so memorable! ❤️
